With over a decade in political and movement communications, I partner with organizations navigating negotiations, public campaigns, elections, and periods of rapid change. My work helps teams align their communications with their goals, so their efforts lead to greater clarity, reach, and impact.

I’ve served as a Communications Director, consultant, and campaign strategist, supporting organizations through rapid-response moments, high-stakes negotiations, and long-term narrative change. My approach blends strategy and execution: developing messaging and positioning, managing social media and email programs, building content calendars and style guides, and securing earned media that helps amplify movements.

Prior to founding Mercurial Flow, I spent five years with the Working Families Party, most recently as Mid-Atlantic Communications Director. There, I led multi-state digital and earned media strategies, trained over 100 candidates and campaign staff, and supported winning campaigns across multiple states.

My goal is simple: to help organizations build communications that are aligned, sustainable, and effective, so they can build power and win.
