ABOUT

Mercurial Flow offers yoga instruction, meditation, and workshops centered on stress management and holistic wellness for individuals, companies, and mission-driven organizations. Our work supports you in cultivating resilience, balance, and embodied awareness through movement, breath, sound, and meditation.

Founded by Biola Jeje, a political organizer and communications director turned yoga teacher, Mercurial Flow bridges the worlds of social change and wellness. After a decade working in racial justice, environmental advocacy, and electoral campaigns, Biola saw how deeply burnout and unaddressed trauma not only affected her, but those around her also committed to creating change. She founded Mercurial Flow to offer tools for sustainable wellbeing, helping you care for yourself as deeply as you care for others.

The name Mercurial Flow comes from Biola’s astrological influences: Gemini and Virgo, both ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, coordination, and creative expression. For her, Mercury represents the restless brilliance of the mind. Like a bolt of lightning: it can destroy, or it can power a city. Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, Mercurial Flow helps you harness that energy, calm your mind, and return to a grounded sense of purpose.

Additionally, Mercurial Flow provides digital and communications strategies to help you find your voice, create clarity and ease in your communications processes, and run impactful campaigns.

Workshops

Healing Through Campaigns is rooted in Biola’s years of experience in political organizing and electoral campaigns and helps campaigners reassess how they approach campaign work and create systems of sustainability both before and during campaign season. This workshop blends practical reflection with somatic grounding techniques to support activists and organizers in navigating high-pressure environments with more clarity, balance, and care.

Motherless Mother’s Day is an annual yoga and journaling-based workshop for those navigating grief, loss, or complex emotions surrounding Mother’s Day. Informed by Biola’s personal experience with mother loss and healing, this space invites participants to step out of isolation and into gentle reflection, movement, and community care. Honoring both love and loss with grace.

Ground. Play. Transform. is a three-part workshop series designed for anyone seeking to reconnect with their emotional self, especially parentified adults who find it challenging to play, rest, or process feelings. Through yoga, somatic practices, sound, meditation, and creative expression, participants are guided to rediscover their inner child, release old patterns, and cultivate deeper self-compassion and wholeness.
