DETAILS

Meals: All meals provided. We are happy to accommodate various food needs and preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets.  

Transportation: Participants will arrive in San Jose and stay for one night, after which the shuttle will transport everyone to VerdEnergia.

Refund Policy: The deposit for this retreat is non-refundable. However, any amount paid up to 45 days before the retreat is eligible for a refund. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.), Mercurial Flow LLC reserves the right to cancel a retreat. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a full refund.

COVID Policy: Participants must submit a negative COVID test 72 hours before their arrival. Additional tests will be available on-site.

Accessibility: The property is not suitable for wheelchairs and can be hazardous to people with special needs, such as gait or balance issues. Paths can be muddy and slippery at times, so please bring shoes with adequate grip and be prepared to walk mindfully.
