Day 1 – Arrival + Ground

6:30 PM — Opening Circle & Workshop: Ground
We’ll begin our time together with a grounding practice to connect with the self, the body, and community. Expect gentle movement, reflection, and intention setting for the days ahead.
7:30 PM — Welcome Dinner

9:00 PM — Rest & Unwind
Quiet time for journaling, stargazing, or simply resting.
Day 2 – Play

8:30 AM — Silent Breakfast
A mindful, tech-free breakfast to savor presence.

10:00 AM — Workshop: Play
An embodied exploration of joy, movement, and creative freedom through yoga, sound, and expression.
12:30 PM — Lunch & Free Time
Enjoy downtime by the pool or book a massage with our on-site masseuse.

Rest, read, or soak in the sun.

Head to the beach, snorkel, or explore nearby Playa del Carmen for souvenirs.

4:30 PM — Workshop: Transform (Sunset Beach Ceremony)
A closing ritual held at the beach — honoring your growth, releasing what you’ve outgrown, and celebrating what’s emerging.

Return to the villa for a nourishing final meal together.
