Ground. Play. Transform.

Pour Into You is a healing retreat rooted in rest, embodiment, and reconnection.

Created especially for Black queer folks and Black women navigating burnout, over-responsibility, and emotional exhaustion.

Hosted by Biola Jeje, founder of Mercurial Flow

Pour Into You is designed for Black women and Black queer folks who:

  • feel chronically tired, overstretched, or emotionally full

  • are unlearning self-abandonment and over-giving

  • want rest that feels intentional, affirming, and culturally grounded

  • are seeking queer-affirming wellness spaces

  • want community without pressure to perform, educate, or be “on”

No prior yoga experience required.
No expectation to share more than you want.

At Pour Into You, you will be held in a thoughtfully curated space designed for reflection, rest, and connection. With daily yoga, journaling-based workshops, water excursions, delicious food, massages available, and more!

You will leave feeling grounded and at ease in your body, with space to be tender and honest with yourself. Gain clarity on what YOU want next, without pressure, urgency, or performance.

Experience intentional community, calm facilitation, and conversations that allow you to feel seen, supported, and affirmed. You will leave resourced, assured, and more aligned with your goals as you move forward.

Ground · Play · Transform

GROUND through gentle, choice-centered movement, breath, culturally resonant cuisine, and rest.

PLAY by exploring nature and by cultivating curiosity to soften hypervigilance and shift old patterns.

TRANSFORM not through self-improvement, but through deeper self-trust, clearer choice, and a felt sense of belonging to yourself.
