Meet Your Host – Biola Jeje

Biola Jeje Yoga Teacher and Host

Biola Jeje is a RYT-500 Yoga Teacher and communications strategist with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation across the United States, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama.

As a first-generation Nigerian-American and eldest daughter, Biola is passionate about helping adults reclaim joy, play, and freedom often lost to life’s responsibilities.
